Booking & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your space.

Because group size is intentionally limited, all payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or request credit toward a future event.

A minimum of four participants is required for this experience to run.

If the minimum is not met, guests will be notified 48 hours prior and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

In the event of severe weather or farm-related circumstances, the event will be rescheduled or credit issued.
