Rex’s Ranch is for the curious, the hands-on learners, and the folks who saw a goat online and thought, "I need that in my life." Whether you’re a homesteader, science nerd, nature enthusiast, or just here for the animal cuddles, you’ll fit right in.
Come curious, leave inspired - make memories!
We welome our Harvest Host RV members to kick back and relax while you camp overnight. You are also welcome to sign up for an experience or class.
Are you ready to join us for a one-of-a-kind experience or class?
You have two options:
Choose a scheduled event, or design your own ranch experience.

An Immersive Farm Experience
Step into the rhythm of real homestead life.
This hands-on experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a working farm functions day to day. You’ll participate in essential tasks - feeding hay, refreshing water, delivering snacks to goats, chickens, alpacas, and our horse, tending the greenhouse, and even learning the art (and purpose) of mucking stalls.
But this is more than chores.
As we move through the farm, you’ll learn the “why” behind every task - how daily care supports animal health, how manure becomes nutrient-rich compost, how pasture management impacts soil, and how small, intentional decisions create a sustainable ecosystem.
This is an active experience designed for those curious about self-sufficiency, regenerative practices, and what it truly takes to steward land and animals well.
Small group. Real work. Real learning.
Pro tip: This is not the time to dress up — expect mud, hay, and a whole lot of fun.
Time: 1 hour
Cost: $55 per person (2 person min, 6 person maximum)

Things change in the farmstand - let us know if you are looking for something specific on your visit and we'll do our best to have it for you.
